The all new Statistics Server 5.0 is a major update to our popular Live Stats software. It has something for everyone. Better than ever marketing focus for analysis and website usage tracking. We guarantee that this is the most robust traffic analysis tool anywhere.

Interface:

  • New "Live Stats" interface with interactive 3d Java graphs. Flip between 2d and 3d graphs. Select bar, line and pie charts.
  • Better help. Statistics Server now has pop-up help explaining each report. As well the technical reference manual includes detailed help for each report.
  • New range queries support up to three months of history. Range queries are perfect for tracking calendar or fiscal quarters. As well they are an ideal way to track a marketing or advertising activity.
  • New easy to use Global and Virtual Admin interface with collapsible trees. Administration is now cleaner and easier than ever.
  • Multi-language support. Now Statistics Server is able to support different languages on a per Virtual Server basis. At this time French is in development. Contact MediaHouse Software regarding translations.
Reports:
  • New administrator definable "Usage Map" is an administrator created marketing report that shows usage patterns. It formats the Web site like a tree, with each branch on the tree representing a specific group of Web pages such as a product line, specific interest or activity.
  • New easy-to-read presentation-ready marketing reports for Usage, Pages, Browsers, Referrers, and Sessions.
  • New Usage by Page Views report lists the total number of requests for Web pages made on the Web site.
  • New Usage by Page View Errors report shows which pages returned an error when requested and how often they did.
  • New Pages by Downloads report shows the most frequently downloaded files on the Web site.
  • New Pages by Download Errors report shows how many times downloadable files return errors when requested.
  • New Pages by Directory report shows how many times Web pages are requested from each directory on the Web site.
  • The new Daily/weekly/monthly summary reports put all the numbers together in one place so you can do a quick analysis of traffic for your Web site.
Filters:
  • Page View File Extensions. Customizable filters for Pages by Views let you filter pages by file extension to determine what file types Statistics Server will track and report in the Live Stats interface.
  • Download File Extensions. Customizable filters for Pages by Downloads let you filter pages by file extensions to determine what file types Statistics Server will track and report in the Live Stats interface.
  • URL Manager. The URL Content Manager can be used to, filter out dynamically generated pages. On sites where each page is given a unique name, wildcards can be used to filter and forward dynamic pages to page names of your choice. Filter out pages that you don't want other users of the Live Stats interface to know about, such as a private members area, private file areas, specific pages. Group pages under one name. For example, on sites with many white papers, you might choose to view statistics by topic.
  • Referrer Manager. The Referrer Content Manager is used to filter referrers for "Referrers by" reports in the Live Stats interface. Referrers can be, excluded completely from reports, renamed for display, forwarded to a different referrer name. Wildcards can be used to filter out dynamically generated referrers, filter out referrers that you don't want other users of the Live Stats interface to see, and group referrers under one name.
E-mail Reports:
  • Automatically e-mail daily/weekly/monthly summary reports on a per Virtual Server, per-user basis.
